Covering all of Southwestern Ontario, and beyond, we are dedicated to providing elevating and accessibility solutions in our community. Our team of trained professionals will work with you to provide the most appropriate solution to your accessibility concerns in either a residential or commercial settings, for both necessity and luxury elevating applications.
Tom's combined experience of elevating consulting and sales, service, maintenance and installation training, customer service and passion for accessibility is evident in their success. Armed with 30+ years of combined experience, a commercial (TSSA) licence for installs and mandated maintenance on commercial applications and a desire to get you the best and most appropriate unit for your needs (elevator, vertical lift, stairlift, etc) at the best cost and best customer service available.
Many "one-stop" Home Health Care stores may offer more, as far as far as dealing in a greater variety of home health care equipment and services, but lack the specialty of one specific area. At Southwest Stairlifts, elevating/accessibility solutions is all we do, and we do it right. We have not only hand-picked our suppliers, but have been asked by many to represent their equipment. With 10 years in the elevating industry, 8.5 with an EDM-T licence, there’s not much he hasn’t seen. At Southwest Stairlifts and Elevating, Tom’s focus is to ensure that the client gets what they need, and that it is done right.
Tom lives with his wife and 2 children in Lakeshore, Ontario, his goal is to make sure every client is served to the fullest he can do. Whether a client needs a Preventative Maintenance done on a commercial lift, or just a minor tweak on a residential lift, Tom is there to service and do sales for all your elevating needs. Tom looks forward to servicing his community and beyond.

10 Years of experience in the Lift & Elevating/Accessibility industry and newly licensed EDM-T, Ian has done it all. Handling all Commercial and residential Stairlift sales he wants to assure you that you are his top priority and that you are in great hands. “All I want is for my clients to be able to stay in their homes safely and/or keep their business’ flourishing with the accessibility experience I have to offer”.
Ian is a Windsor local, born and raised in Windsor-Essex County and is very proud of where he grew up. He lives here with his girlfriend and their two dogs Nike & Athena. Whatever your situation, Ian can help out with anything elevating & accessibility. From quotes and sales to project managing and installs/service, Ian will be there every step of the way personally to ensure each job is done efficiently and beyond the clients standards and expectations.
